Our exclusive country villa, built in 1904 and renovated in 2000, is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with old trees and is located in the heart of the spa town of Bad Gottschalkowitz. It provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay in a cozy and generously equipped atmosphere.

We offer harmony and comfort in two living units: one with 150 m² and one with 70 m² of living space.

Sunny location, just 1 km from the lake and 150 m from the Weichsel, with an adjacent, enclosed property of 3000 m².
Our well-maintained large garden features lawns, a small wild pond, various plants, flowers, and trees. Amenities include garden furniture, a grill, and a fire pit. Bicycles are available on request (for an extra charge). There is parking for four cars, and the villa is equipped with video surveillance.
Culinary experiences await you in numerous restaurants where you can enjoy Silesian and international cuisine daily at affordable prices. The nearest restaurant is approximately 350 m away, with others reachable within just 5 minutes by car.
For your daily needs, two small grocery stores are just a 2-minute walk away.
Larger shopping opportunities can be found in Bielitz, only 10 minutes by car, where you will find the Sfera and Auchan shopping centers. In Pleß, you can find Famila, Aldi, Lidl, and other stores, also just 5 minutes by car from the old town.

Medical Spa Resort
In Bad Gottschalkowitz (Goczałkowice-Zdrój), you can enjoy a spa vacation covered by your health insurance, or you can privately book the treatments you desire.
The spa resort features a comprehensive sanatorium founded in 1856. It specializes in treating musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatic and orthopedic conditions, as well as neurological diseases. The therapies utilize healing resources such as brine and peat from their own sources. Additionally, vascular diseases and ailments of the throat, nose, and ears are also treated here.
For additional treatments, you can choose from relaxation methods, brine baths, sauna, cryotherapy, and massages. Even eye surgeries or dental treatments can be performed at a clinic on site.
